+) Team Challenge: The contestants are split into two teams. Cesar gets to choose the teams for having the most Mystery Box wins and he teams with Ashley, leaving Gerron and Samantha for the other team. The judges are joined by Jonathan Waxman, Lidia Bastianich and Daniel Boulud who will serve as the sole judges for this challenge and the teams are allowed to cook whatever dish they want. Cesar and Ashley win the challenge.
+) Challenge Winners/Immune: Ashley Mincey and Cesar Cano
+) Pressure Test: Gerron and Samantha must cook three different dishes; an appetizer, an entreé and a dessert, for the judges.
+) Bottom two: Gerron Hurt and Samantha Daily
+) Gerron defeats Samantha two dishes to one, thus eliminating her.
+) Eliminated: Samantha Daily
